By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

A private diary shared by up to two people, with entries, photos, dates, plans and memory features.

It is not a social network: there is no feed, no followers, no likes.

You must be 18 or older to use lovnote.

The account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through it.

The information you provide when signing up must be accurate.

A diary holds at most two people. Whoever creates it invites the other through a link sent to the email provided.

Both people see all of the diary's content, including what was written before the second one joined. Consider that before inviting someone.

Whoever joined can leave the diary at any time, in Settings.

The subscription belongs to the diary, not to a person: one active subscription unlocks access for both members.

The trial lasts 7 days and asks for a card up front. The first charge only happens at the end of the period, and cancelling before that results in no charge at all.

After that the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.

Prices may change. A price change never applies to an already active subscription without prior notice.

Every AI creation costs credits, and the cost of each type is shown before you ask for it.

The subscription includes a monthly allowance, which expires at the end of the month. Credits bought in a pack do not expire. When spending, the monthly allowance is used first.

Credits are not money, are not transferable and are not refundable once spent. If a creation fails through a fault of ours, the credit is returned automatically.

Everything you write and upload remains yours. We claim no ownership over any of it.

You grant us only the technical licence needed to run the service: to store it, display it to both diary members, keep backups and — only when you request a creation and both of you have authorised it — send it to the AI provider.

That licence ends when the content is deleted.

Do not use lovnote for illegal content, to upload other people's material without permission, to attempt to reach other people's diaries, or to overload the service through automated means.

Accounts breaching this may be suspended.

We work to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance or a provider failure.

Features may change or be discontinued. If something relevant is removed, we will give reasonable notice.

You may leave or delete the diary at any time, in Settings. Deleting removes the content and the photos.

Before deleting, use Settings → Your data to download everything you wrote.

lovnote is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be free of faults or interruptions.

Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing here removes rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of ⟨⟨PREENCHER: comarca — cidade/UF⟩⟩ are elected, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
